Welcome to Tide Osteopathy
I’m an Edinburgh osteopath
I work from an osteopathic studio in Broughton.
My goal is to help people in Edinburgh find their optimum health through osteopathy by taking time to listen and providing an individual treatment best suited to their needs. My osteopathic treatments provide a pathway to enable alignment and rebalance to occur; allowing the body to heal naturally.
Adam has returned from working in an osteopath clinic in Vancouver, relocating back to Edinburgh. He graduated from the British School of Osteopathy (London) with a Bachelor of Science with honours degree in Osteopathy in 2002 and has been fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council. He specialises in cranial, fertility and visceral, pregnancy and postnatal, and children’s osteopathy.
I took my little boy to see Adam a number of times as he was having real trouble sleeping and we didn’t know what to do. Adam was absolutely fantastic and over the next few weeks, things improved dramatically due to his cranial osteopathy techniques.Gemma
I’ve always had back problems, so when a friend recommended Adam, I couldn’t have been happier. He sorted out all of my aches and pains in just a few sessions, helped improve my posture and I would urge anyone with a bad back in Edinburgh to pay him a visit.John
I work long hours in Leith and needed an osteopath that could fit into my busy schedule. I found Tide Osteopathy online and went for a free spine check with Adam. I was really happy with the quick results he made and now see him on a regular basis.Stuart
